Plot:

The series follows the life of Lord Krishna chronologically, beginning with his divine birth to Devaki and Vasudeva in a prison cell, where they are held captive by the tyrannical King Kansa. As Krishna grows older, the narrative shifts to his return to Mathura to confront and ultimately defeat his evil uncle Kansa. Following this, the series portrays Krishna's involvement in the events leading up to the Mahabharata war. He becomes the charioteer and guide of Arjuna, one of the Pandava brothers, and delivers his profound philosophical discourse, the Bhagavad Gita, on the battlefield of Kurukshetra.

The later part of the series covers the aftermath of the war, Krishna's role in establishing Dharma (righteousness), and his eventual departure from the mortal world.
