Plot:

The film opens on Halloween night in 1976. Five carnival workers — Charly, Venus, Panda, Levon, and Roscoe — are traveling through a remote area in their RV on the way to their next show. Their carefree night quickly turns horrifying when they are ambushed by masked attackers and taken hostage.

They awaken bound and restrained inside a massive industrial complex. A trio of wealthy, aristocratic sadists dressed in elaborate 18th-century costumes — Father Murder, Sister Serpent, and Sister Dragon — inform the captives that they are now part of a deadly game called “31.” The rules are simple: survive for 12 hours while professional killers known as "Heads" hunt them down for sport.

The sadistic ringleaders place bets on who will survive the longest. Soon, the brutal game begins.

The first killers the group encounters are the psychotic duo "Sick-Head" and "Schizo-Head," clowns who taunt, torture, and attack them with ferocity. The survivors navigate mazes, tunnels, and dark industrial chambers, trying to stay alive while being stalked from every direction.

As the night progresses, the terror escalates. The group faces more “Heads,” each deadlier than the last — including "Death-Head" and "Sex-Head," a twisted, seductive pair who combine brutality with theatrical sadism. Violence erupts as the captives fight for their lives, using whatever weapons they can find.

Despite their determination, the survivors are picked off one by one. The stakes rise when Father Murder summons their most feared killer: Doom-Head, a cold, calculating, and highly intelligent assassin known for his chilling monologues and precision murders. Unlike the other killers, Doom-Head is disciplined and terrifyingly focused, making him the ultimate predator in the game.

Doom-Head tracks the final survivor — Charly — through a nightmarish labyrinth. Exhausted, bloodied, and traumatized, Charly refuses to give up. She fights Doom-Head in a violent, desperate struggle that pushes both to their limits.

As dawn breaks, the game officially ends. Charly escapes the facility, stumbling outside into the quiet, empty streets, barely alive. However, her nightmare is not over. Doom-Head soon appears in front of her, ready for another round — the film ends ambiguously, leaving viewers to wonder whether she dies or fights back once more.

31 delivers a raw, relentless horror experience focusing on survival, fear, and the darkest forms of entertainment enjoyed by those in power.
