Summary:

The Avengers unite once more to retrieve Loki's scepter from a HYDRA stronghold in Sokovia, encountering enhanced twins Wanda and Pietro Maximoff. Driven by a vision of global catastrophe, Tony Stark and Bruce Banner secretly attempt to jumpstart a global peacekeeping program using an AI found within the scepter. Plot:
