Summary:

Plot:
The story is set in the isolated, fictional land of Sugooru, a place concealed within a deep forest known for its rich, potent herbal medicines and its unique inhabitants, the Moola Vamsha (Ancestral Clan), who possess deep knowledge of these ancient remedies. The village is ruled by a deep, terrifying secret: it has been enslaved by the immortal, malevolent witch Bhairavi (Bhavana Menon) and her followers for centuries. Bhairavi uses her black magic to exploit the villagers and their knowledge of the forest's medicinal bounty, hoarding power and resources while keeping the inhabitants in perpetual fear.
Into this troubled land arrives Bhajarangi (Shiva Rajkumar), a charismatic and kind doctor seeking rare medicinal herbs for his practice in the city. Bhajarangi quickly integrates with the villagers and falls in love with Leela (Shruti), a spirited girl from the village who introduces him to the traditional ways of the forest. However, his presence quickly disrupts the rigid order maintained by Bhairavi and her cruel henchman, Aghora (Babu Antony).
Bhajarangi begins to notice the supernatural fear gripping the community and the unusual, systematic oppression they face. As he digs deeper, he learns about the ancient curse and the truth about Bhairavi's immortality, which is tied to the constant sacrifice and suffering of the people. During a pivotal confrontation, Bhajarangi is forced to defend the villagers, and this act awakens his ancestral warrior spirit. He realizes he is not just a doctor, but the descendant of the ancient protector lineage, destined to fight the evil plaguing Sugooru.
The film then accelerates into a full-scale battle. Bhajarangi, utilizing his rediscovered martial skills and divine strength, launches a systematic counter-attack against Bhairavi's forces. The antagonist, realizing the threat Bhajarangi poses, unleashes her most powerful, dark magic. The climax is set against a grand mythological backdrop, where Bhajarangi must confront Bhairavi in her lair. He learns that to truly defeat her, he must not only overcome her magic but also destroy the source of her immortality, which is connected to a hidden relic within the forest.
In the end, Bhajarangi triumphs, destroying the source of Bhairavi's power and liberating the forest people from centuries of enslavement. The film concludes with peace restored to Sugooru, the Moola Vamsha people regaining control of their destiny, and Bhajarangi embracing his role as their modern-day guardian.
