Plot:

Roger Ferris is a seasoned CIA operative tracking a high-value terrorist, Al-Saleem, responsible for bombings across Europe. After a mission goes awry in Iraq, Ferris is reassigned to Jordan, where he begins to develop a strategy to draw Al-Saleem out. His plan involves creating a fictitious terrorist organization to sow discord and force the real one into the open. He seeks the cooperation of Hani Salaam, the shrewd and sophisticated head of Jordanian intelligence, who operates with his own set of rules and a deep understanding of the region.

Ferris's efforts are constantly complicated by his manipulative and detached CIA superior, Ed Hoffman, who supervises operations from the safety of his home in Washington D.C. Hoffman frequently overrides Ferris's decisions, putting agents and informants at risk. As Ferris delves deeper into the dangerous world of intelligence, he forms a personal connection with Aisha, a local nurse, which further jeopardizes his mission and his safety. The film escalates into a high-stakes game of cat and mouse, where betrayal is rampant, and Ferris must decide who he can truly trust to achieve his objective and survive.
