Summary:

Plot:

Adam Jones, a chef who once presided over one of the hottest restaurants in Paris, destroyed his career with substance abuse and a reputation for being difficult. Following three years of self-imposed penance shucking oysters in New Orleans, he arrives in London determined to open a new restaurant and achieve the unprecedented feat of earning a third Michelin star. He recruits a team, including the talented but skeptical sous chef Helene, and convinces his former maître d' Tony to manage the new venture. Adam's perfectionism and fiery temper, however, quickly resurface, creating tension among his staff and reigniting old rivalries and debts from his past.

As Adam pushes himself and his team to the brink, he must confront his personal demons, learn to trust others, and overcome the challenges of a highly competitive culinary world. The film follows his intense journey as he strives for perfection, battles his inner demons, and ultimately faces the ultimate test from a Michelin inspector, all while navigating complex relationships with those he works with and those from his troubled past.
