Plot:

In 1973, Lena and Daniel, a young couple living in Santiago, Chile, become entangled in the military coup led by General Augusto Pinochet. Daniel, a German graphic designer actively involved in supporting President Salvador Allende, is abducted by Pinochet's DINA secret police during a street protest. Lena desperately searches for him, eventually learning that he has been taken to Colonia Dignidad, a secretive agricultural commune founded by former Nazi corporal Paul Schäfer.

Posing as a devout follower seeking spiritual guidance, Lena infiltrates Colonia Dignidad, a place cut off from the outside world and notorious for its human rights abuses, torture, and brainwashing. Inside, she discovers a nightmarish reality where residents are subjected to forced labor, psychological manipulation, and sexual abuse. She eventually finds Daniel, who is feigning severe mental disability to avoid torture and buy time. Together, they begin to gather evidence of the cult's atrocities and its ties to the Pinochet regime, planning a perilous escape before their true identities and intentions are uncovered by Schäfer and his loyalists.
