In Vizag, we encounter Krishna, a young man consumed by an unrequited love for Srinidhi. For three long years, he has stood faithfully outside her college bus stop, his heart yearning for a mere glance from the object of his affection. Srinidhi, too, harbors feelings for Krishna, a secret she guards closely, fearing the potential repercussions for her family should their love be revealed. On the final day of college, Krishna, driven by a desperate hope, devises a plan to finally express his love. He disguises himself in a burqa and boards the bus, intending to reveal his feelings to Srinidhi. Tragedy strikes, however, when the bus is involved in a devastating accident. Krishna, in a heroic act, saves Srinidhi from the wreckage, but tragically loses his own life in the process. Srinidhi, witnessing Krishna's sacrifice and overwhelmed by the realization of her own unspoken love, is consumed by grief and regret. She visits his grave, her heart breaking with the weight of her missed opportunity, and there, succumbs to her sorrow, joining Krishna in eternal rest. Their love story, tragically cut short, serves as a poignant reminder of the fragility of life and the importance of expressing one's feelings.
The story then shifts to Paris, 2012. Sravanthi, the daughter of the Indian Ambassador to France, is a medical student living a life of privilege, yet constrained by the constant security surrounding her. She yearns for freedom, for the chance to explore the world beyond the protective bubble her father has created. Adding to her longing is a recurring dream, featuring an unidentified man, a figure she feels an inexplicable connection to. In her dreams, she makes a silent promise: if her dream should ever become reality, she will marry this mysterious man, whoever he may be. One day, Sravanthi, driven by her desire for liberation, escapes the confines of her home and embarks on a tour of the French countryside with her friends, seeking adventure and a taste of the freedom she craves.
Meanwhile, Ram, a carefree and somewhat irresponsible young man, is a constant source of frustration for his father. Concerned about his son's lack of direction, Ram's father orchestrates a plan to instill some discipline in him. He secretly arranges a job for Ram in Paris, hoping that the experience will force him to take life more seriously. Unaware of his father's scheme, Ram arrives in Paris, only to find himself trapped in a factory. In an attempt to escape, he encounters Sravanthi standing precariously on the railing of a bridge over a river. Mistaking her for someone contemplating suicide, Ram intervenes, pulling her down from the railing. This chance encounter leads to an unexpected connection, and Ram and Sravanthi quickly become acquainted. They form a plan to return to India together, a shared desire for home uniting them. However, their plans are disrupted at the airport when Ram is unable to find Sravanthi. He is forced to return to India alone, confused and disappointed.
Back in India, Ram is astonished to find Sravanthi waiting for him at the airport. She instructs him to meet a specific doctor at a particular hospital and then disappears again. Intrigued and concerned, Ram follows her instructions and meets the doctor, only to discover Sravanthi lying unconscious in the ICU. The doctor reveals a shocking truth: Ram has not been interacting with the living Sravanthi, but rather with her soul. Sravanthi, it turns out, is in a coma, the victim of a conspiracy orchestrated by DK, her father's chief security officer. The doctor explains that Ram is able to see and hear Sravanthi's soul because of a connection they share from a previous life, a bond that transcends time and physical existence.
Ram now understands the gravity of the situation. He realizes that he must protect Sravanthi's physical body to keep her soul alive. He takes her to his aunt's hospital, where Sravanthi's soul reveals the crucial information needed for her survival. She requires a specific German medicine, administered in three precise doses every two days, at the exact same time. Missing a dose would be fatal. Ram faces a race against time, navigating the dangerous world of DK's conspiracy to obtain the life-saving medicine. After several failed attempts to kidnap Sravanthi's body, Ram is finally captured by DK when he goes to retrieve the final dose of the medicine. A struggle ensues, but Ram manages to administer the third and final dose. However, DK, in a final act of malice, tampers with Sravanthi's oxygen supply. Ram, realizing the danger, acts quickly and saves her life. When Sravanthi finally awakens from her coma, she suffers from amnesia and does not recognize Ram. He is heartbroken, his efforts seemingly in vain.
As Sravanthi and her father prepare to return to Paris, fate intervenes. Their car tire is punctured, bringing them to the very location that Sravanthi has seen in her recurring dream. She sees Ram, the mysterious man from her dreams, standing before her. A sense of recognition washes over her. As their hands touch, the memories flood back, and she remembers everything – their past lives, their connection, and his unwavering devotion. The film concludes with a heartfelt embrace, their love story finally finding its resolution, transcending the boundaries of time and mortality.
