Summary:

ATF agent Doug Carlin is called to investigate a devastating ferry bombing in New Orleans. He is recruited into a secret government unit that uses a revolutionary time-window technology, codenamed "Snow White," capable of viewing events exactly four days in the past. As Carlin delves into the investigation, he becomes fixated on a victim, Claire Kuchever, whose body was discovered before the explosion, and discovers that the technology might allow him to do more than just observe past events.

Driven by a desire to understand and potentially alter the past, Carlin races against time to piece together the bomber's motives and prevent the tragedy, leading him on a complex journey through time and causality.

Plot:

Following a catastrophic terrorist bombing of a New Orleans ferry, ATF agent Doug Carlin is brought in to assist the FBI. He is introduced to a highly classified surveillance program called "Snow White," which can create a visual portal to view any location exactly four days in the past. Initially used for forensic analysis, Carlin observes the last moments of the victims and the bomber. He becomes particularly intrigued by Claire Kuchever, whose body was found before the bombing, and through Snow White, he witnesses her life leading up to the event.

Carlin discovers a way to send a note into the past, influencing a crucial detail. Against protocol, he convinces the team to use a mobile version of Snow White to send him back in time, four days before the bombing. His mission is to prevent the attack and save Claire. Arriving in the past, he must navigate the complexities of altering history, confronting the bomber directly, and ensuring that his actions do not create a worse outcome, all while trying to save the lives of hundreds of innocent people and the woman he has grown to care for.
