Detailed Plot (Movie Story):
The film introduces Venky (Venkatesh Daggubati), an RTO (Regional Transport Office) agent in Hyderabad, who is constantly struggling to make ends meet. He suffers from nyctalopia (night blindness), a fact he meticulously hides from everyone around him, often leading to comical mishaps in the dark. His close friend, Varun Yadav (Varun Tej), is an orphan who struggles with a stammer. Varun is perpetually hatching various ambitious schemes to get rich quickly, but all his endeavors invariably fail, leaving him and Venky in deeper financial trouble.
Their latest venture involves investing heavily in a restaurant owned by Harika's (Tamannaah Bhatia) family. However, this investment also goes south, causing Venky and Varun to lose a significant amount of money. Desperate for a solution to their escalating financial problems, Varun mistakenly believes Harika's sister, Honey (Mehreen Pirzada), is a wealthy woman and devises a plan to marry her to secure their future. Venky, due to his night blindness, fails to recognize Honey and agrees to fund Varun's elaborate wooing plan, even taking a huge loan from Pala Baby (Ali), a local landlord who is known for his unusual reverence for women.
Venky and Varun spend lavishly on Honey, showering her with expensive gifts and cash. They rack up lakhs of rupees in debt, only to realize their grave mistake later – Honey is not rich at all; in fact, Harika's family, too, has lost all their money in a stock market crash. The realization dawns on both parties that they have been duped by each other's false pretenses of wealth.
When Pala Baby learns about their deceitful methods, he, despite his worship of women, refuses to waive off their substantial loan. This forces Venky, Varun, Harika, and Honey's entire family into a precarious situation. They all end up at the police station to settle their grievances, creating a chaotic scene.
At the police station, they encounter CI Nagaraju (Rajendra Prasad), an honest but frustrated police officer who is on the verge of losing his job due to bureaucratic pressures. Seeing their desperation, Nagaraju hatches a daring plan: he proposes that they all raid the house of the corrupt Police Commissioner Dileep Chandra (Murali Sharma) to steal his illegally acquired cash and diamonds. Desperate, the group agrees.
They successfully execute the audacious robbery, navigating through Dileep Chandra's mansion and making off with a huge sum of cash and diamonds. In the process, they also inadvertently rescue a kidnapped young girl who was being held captive in the house. They hide the stolen valuables in the boot of a scrap car.
The very next morning, consumed by fear and guilt, they confess their robbery to Commissioner Dileep Chandra. However, to their dismay, they discover that the scrap car containing the stolen money and diamonds has gone missing. Dileep Chandra, enraged by the theft and now facing the risk of exposure, threatens their lives if they fail to return the stolen amount. Faced with imminent danger and no hope, Venky, Varun, Harika, and Nagaraju decide to commit suicide.
Just as they are about to end their lives, they receive a piece of surprising news: a billionaire industrialist named Anand Sharma (Murali Sharma in a dual role) from Vizianagaram is searching for his long-lost prodigal son. Seeing this as their only chance to repay the stolen money and escape their dire situation, they abandon their suicide plans. They decide to travel to Anand Sharma's palace and pretend to be his son, hoping to inherit his vast wealth. The film portrays several comical near-death experiences during their attempts to commit suicide, which they miraculously survive due to sheer luck.
They arrive at Anand Sharma's opulent palace in Vizianagaram. In a hilarious sequence, Venky, Varun, Harika (disguised as a man to also claim the inheritance), and a junior artist hired by Nagaraju (Sunil) all present themselves as Anand Sharma's long-lost son. Unsure of who the rightful heir is, Anand Sharma allows all the contenders to stay in his palace. The palace becomes a playground for their elaborate schemes as they try to outwit each other and impress Anand. They constantly try to sabotage each other's efforts, leading to numerous comedic gags and misunderstandings.
Anand Sharma puts all the contenders through a series of increasingly difficult tests to determine his true heir, which they endure with much frustration. As a final challenge, Anand announces that whoever can bring his "F3 Toy Factory" back to profitability will be declared his successor. Putting their differences aside, all the contenders are forced to collaborate to achieve this common goal. They brainstorm and eventually create a new line of interactive toys featuring popular Telugu film characters like Amarendra Baahubali, Gabbar Singh, Ajay Krishna, Veera Raghava, Chitti Babu, and Bantu.
Their innovative toy line becomes a massive success, leading to skyrocketing sales and the factory earning a bumper profit. Together, they elect Varun as the one to be presented as Anand Sharma's rightful heir. However, Anand then reveals the heartbreaking truth: his real son had died by suicide years ago after accumulating wealth through fraudulent means. He confesses that he was actually looking for someone worthy to trust with his legacy, not necessarily his biological son. Since they had rescued his granddaughter earlier during the robbery, Anand gives them an opportunity to prove their worth and offers them the profits they earned from the toy factory.
Venky and Varun, having learned valuable lessons about the dangers of greed, realize their mistakes and humbly refuse the money. They accept that true wealth lies in honesty and contentment.
In a final twist, Anand Sharma is suddenly kidnapped by his cunning subordinates who demand a ransom of ₹100 crore. Venky, Varun, and the others, despite their newfound aversion to ill-gotten gains, decide to rescue him. They arrive at the location and are attacked by goons. After initial attempts to confuse them, Venky dresses up as Narappa (a reference to Venkatesh's own film Narappa) while Varun transforms into Vakeel Saab (a reference to Varun Tej's uncle Pawan Kalyan's film Vakeel Saab). Together, they thrash the goons in a hilarious, action-packed sequence.
As they are about to leave, the police arrive and arrest everyone. Meanwhile, the thief who stole the scrap car (and thus the diamonds) reveals to Commissioner Dileep Chandra that he sold all the diamonds for a meager price, mistaking them for regular gemstones. This thief later gets elected as an MLA with the support of his buyers, and a disgraced Dileep Chandra, ousted from his job, ironically joins him as an assistant.
The movie ends on a happy and hopeful note, with Venky, Varun, and their respective families proceeding on a jolly trip to Goa. However, in a humorous breaking of the fourth wall, director Anil Ravipudi steps in and diverts their journey to a new, undisclosed destination, teasing the audience with the possibility of a future installment: "F4."
