Summary:
Gautham, a blind orphan and radio jockey, falls in love with Netra, an eye doctor, by pretending he can see. When he regains his sight through a donor, his joy is short-lived as he starts seeing the "ghost" of his eye donor, Kulkarni. Kulkarni's spirit compels Gautham to commit two murders to avenge his own death at the hands of a ruthless goon, Pantham Babji. Gautham, initially resistant, gets entangled in Kulkarni's revenge plot, navigating a complex web of deceit, a mistaken identity, and a final showdown to uncover the full truth and secure his own future with Netra.
Detailed Plot (Movie Story):
The film introduces Gautham (Raj Tarun), a blind orphan who works as a popular radio jockey in Visakhapatnam. Despite his visual impairment, he is cheerful, independent, and dreams of finding both an eye donor and a soulmate.
He falls in love with Dr. Netra (Hebah Patel), an eye specialist. To impress her and avoid revealing his blindness, Gautham pretends that he can see, using his sharp hearing and wit to navigate situations. Netra, initially unaware of his condition, reciprocates his feelings, leading to a sweet romance.
However, the truth is eventually revealed. Netra discovers Gautham's blindness and, though initially upset by his deception, she takes it upon herself to arrange an eye donor for him. Gautham undergoes a successful eye transplant and regains his vision.
His newfound sight, however, brings an unexpected and bizarre twist: Gautham starts seeing and interacting with the "ghost" of his eye donor, Ranjith Kulkarni (Rajendra Prasad). Only Gautham can see and hear Kulkarni. Kulkarni's spirit is restless and demands that Gautham carry out two murders to avenge his death. Kulkarni reveals that he was a sincere journalist who was brutally murdered by a dreaded goon named Pantham Babji (Raja Ravindra).
Gautham is initially terrified and refuses to commit murders. But Kulkarni's ghost makes his life miserable, constantly haunting him and creating situations that force Gautham's hand, leading to a series of comedic and thrilling events. Gautham tries to explain his predicament to others, but they think he's gone mad. He even seeks help from another eye specialist, Dr. Ashish (Ashish Vidyarthi).

Gautham again falls in love with Netra, who, for reasons unclear to him, pretends to be dumb. He is unaware that this is the same Netra he loved before, and she is merely testing him or hiding her identity after their initial breakup.

There's a mistaken identity where Gautham initially believes Assistant Commissioner Dharma (Sayaji Shinde) is Netra's father, only to later find out Kulkarni had also made him believe he (Kulkarni) was Netra's father.
As Gautham reluctantly starts fulfilling Kulkarni's demands, he gets entangled in a dangerous cat-and-mouse game with Pantham Babji and his gang. He finally learns the full, shocking truth:
Kulkarni was not just a journalist but had a deeper connection to Gautham's past. In fact, in their childhood, Gautham and three other friends from the blind school had undergone eye transplants. On their way back, they witnessed a murder committed by Pantham Babji, who then mercilessly killed all three of Gautham's friends to eliminate witnesses. Gautham, though present, survived and was left traumatized but unable to identify the killer due to his blindness. The entire "ghost" charade by Kulkarni was an elaborate plan orchestrated by Gautham himself, with the help of Kulkarni (who was alive and a businessman, not a ghost) and Dr. Ashish. It was a clever scheme to get close to Babji, gather evidence, and exact revenge for his childhood friends.
The climax sees Gautham confront Pantham Babji, eventually eliminating him in the name of Kulkarni, effectively achieving justice for his friends.
The film ends with Gautham marrying Netra. In a final, humorous twist, Kulkarni's spirit (or perhaps a playful manifestation) appears again on their wedding night, hinting that he might still need Gautham's help for some "true vengeance," leaving the audience with a comedic cliffhanger.
