Plot:

The film opens with the audience experiencing the world through the eyes of a man, later identified as Henry, waking up in a futuristic laboratory. He has no memory and is unable to speak. A beautiful woman, Estelle, introduces herself as his wife and explains that he has undergone extensive cybernetic reconstruction after a traumatic accident, which included replacing his lost limbs with advanced prosthetics. As she reattaches his bionic arm and leg, she attempts to activate his voice synthesizer, but their efforts are interrupted by a sudden raid on the lab by a squad of heavily armed mercenaries led by the formidable, telekinetic Akan. Akan, with his distinctive albino appearance and piercing blue eyes, quickly dispatches the lab personnel and kidnaps Estelle, leaving Henry with no choice but to escape the facility.

Henry's escape is a brutal, high-octane affair, forcing him to adapt quickly to his new body and the first-person combat style. He falls from the lab's airship and lands in Moscow, where he is immediately pursued by Akan's men. Just as he is cornered, a mysterious man named Jimmy appears, saving Henry and offering assistance. Jimmy explains that Akan is a powerful warlord with telekinetic abilities who is creating an army of cybernetically enhanced soldiers, and Estelle is crucial to his plans. Jimmy, however, is not a singular entity; he appears to Henry in various guises throughout the film—a homeless man, a sniper, a punk rocker, a scientist in a wheelchair, a special forces commander, and more—each clone seemingly possessing a fragment of the original Jimmy's personality and memories, and all providing Henry with crucial information, weapons, or tactical support.

Henry's pursuit of Estelle leads him through the labyrinthine, often chaotic streets of Moscow. He engages in numerous intense firefights, car chases, and close-quarters combat sequences, all from his subjective viewpoint. Each encounter is more brutal and demanding than the last, pushing Henry's newly acquired abilities to their limits. He learns to navigate complex environments, utilize various weapons, and employ parkour-like movements to survive. During one particularly harrowing sequence, Henry is forced to infiltrate a brothel, where he encounters a dominatrix who is also an associate of Jimmy's. This encounter leads to more frantic combat and a narrow escape, further solidifying Henry's understanding of the vast network Akan controls and the danger he is in.

As Henry continues his relentless quest, Jimmy reveals more about Akan's sinister plan: he aims to create a super-soldier army by implanting cybernetic enhancements and mind-control chips into people, effectively turning them into loyal, disposable weapons. Henry, it is implied, is one of these prototypes, and Estelle's expertise is needed to perfect the process. The narrative cleverly uses Jimmy's multiple appearances to provide exposition, comic relief, and emotional beats, making him the only consistent human connection Henry has in his bewildering journey. The constant threat of Akan's telekinesis adds an unpredictable element to the battles, as objects are thrown, and enemies are manipulated with terrifying ease.

The climax of Henry's journey takes him to Akan's heavily fortified sky fortress, a massive airborne laboratory where Estelle is being held. After a daring infiltration, Henry confronts Akan, only to be met with a shocking betrayal. Estelle, far from being a helpless victim, reveals herself to be Akan's accomplice and the true mastermind behind Henry's creation. She explains that "Henry" is not a unique individual but merely one of many cybernetic prototypes designed to be Akan's ultimate soldier. Her initial act of "saving" Henry and claiming to be his wife was a carefully orchestrated deception to test his combat capabilities and loyalty. The "memory" of their life together was a fabricated implant, a control mechanism.

Devastated by this revelation, Henry, now fueled by rage and a desperate need for revenge and self-determination, finds himself in a final, brutal showdown against Akan and his newly activated super-soldiers, who are identical to Henry. The battle is a chaotic symphony of violence, with Henry fighting against versions of himself, each as skilled and relentless. Jimmy, in his final, most powerful military clone form, sacrifices himself to help Henry reach Akan. In a climactic confrontation, Henry manages to overcome Akan's telekinetic powers and ultimately defeats him, brutally ending his reign of terror. With Akan dead and his fortress crumbling, Henry escapes, leaving behind the wreckage of his false past and the shattered remains of Akan's empire. The film concludes with Henry, now truly free but without a past or a clear identity, looking out over Moscow, his future uncertain but his will to survive unwavering, a testament to the brutal fight for self-discovery.
