HORRIBLE BOSSES (2011)
Summary:
Horrible Bosses is a dark comedy film that follows the misadventures of three friends, Nick, Dale, and Kurt, who are pushed to their breaking points by their respective tyrannical employers. Fed up with their unbearable work lives, they hatch a drunken scheme to murder each other's bosses, believing it's the perfect crime.
Their amateurish attempts at contract killing quickly spiral into a series of chaotic and hilarious blunders, complicated by misunderstandings, accidental deaths, and the involvement of a shady "murder consultant." The film explores themes of workplace frustration, friendship, and the often-absurd lengths people will go to for a little peace of mind.

Plot:
Nick Hendricks is trapped under the thumb of his sadistic boss, Dave Harken, who consistently denies him promotions and torments him. Dale Arbus faces relentless sexual harassment from his predatory dentist boss, Dr. Julia Harris. Kurt Buckman's life is turned upside down when his beloved boss dies, and the company is taken over by the boss's cocaine-addicted, incompetent son, Bobby Pellitt.
Over drinks, the three friends commiserate and fantasize about killing their bosses. After a misunderstanding, they decide to seriously pursue the idea and hire a self-proclaimed "murder consultant" named Motherfucker Jones. Their attempts to carry out the murders are comically inept, leading to a series of escalating mishaps, including mistaken identities, botched break-ins, and ultimately, an accidental death that forces them to frame Bobby Pellitt for a murder they didn't intend to commit. The friends navigate a tangled web of lies, police investigations, and their own incompetence to try and escape the consequences of their ill-conceived plan.
