Baji Rao exploits the vulnerable refugee population, forcing them into grueling labor for his personal gain. Years pass, and Sivaji, now a formidable young man, endures the hardships of his new life, his heart still yearning for his lost mother. He grows into a protector, defending the weak and oppressed within the refugee community.
The simmering tension erupts when Sivaji witnesses Baji Rao's henchman, Katraju, brutally murdering a young child named Suri. In a fit of righteous rage, Sivaji retaliates, killing Katraju. This act of defiance ignites Baji Rao's wrath, who unleashes his forces upon the refugee slum, initiating a brutal massacre. In the ensuing chaos, Sivaji's close friend, who bravely attempts to shield other children, is tragically killed.
Consumed by grief and fueled by a burning desire for justice, Sivaji rises up against Baji Rao. He confronts the tyrannical ruler, culminating in a violent confrontation where Sivaji brutally hacks Baji Rao to death. This act of retribution earns him the moniker "Chatrapathi," a title that signifies his role as a protector and leader of the oppressed.
News of Baji Rao's demise reaches his vengeful brother, Ras Bihari, who arrives in Vizag, determined to avenge his brother's death and eliminate the man responsible. Simultaneously, Ashok, driven by his own motives, also arrives in Vizag. He discovers that the formidable Chatrapathi is none other than his long-lost brother, Sivaji. Driven by a twisted sense of loyalty and a desire to maintain his own position, Ashok allies himself with Ras Bihari, forming a treacherous alliance against Sivaji.
