Daniel Alexander IPS is assigned the task by Koyapparamban, the Home Minister and CM of Kerala, to catch a thief named Jackson 'Jack' Mathew, who steals black money and leaves no evidence behind. Jack has committed robbery 14 times and has stolen around ₹1,780 crore. Daniel accepts the case and learns that Jack had recently robbed an ISBC bank, where he examines the CCTV footage and realizes that while the media was covering the ISBC bank incident, a man Went to the bathroom with the bag which was empty, but the man came out with the full bag.
Daniel suspects that the man is Jack who disguised himself as a cameraman. Daniel almost sees Jack's face through CCTV, but it is overlapped by people. Daniel along with two police officers SI Hari and DYSP Philippos head to the place where Jack parked his car (when he robbed the bank). Daniel accesses the CCTV of a nearby shopping mall and discovers that Jack was not working alone. Later, Daniel also sees Jack's face as Jack accidentally shows his face on CCTV after a bird hit. Danielle learns more about Jack and his various businesses. Philipose, Hari and other officers pose as Income Tax officers and raid Jack's house to get proof that Jack is the thief.
They kept searching for some time, but found nothing. Jack's partner RK Nair suspects that the raid was no accident and sends Jack to Goa. Jack meets Sushmita at the airport and falls in love with her. They go to a chess tournament where Jack registers Sushmita. Sushmita follows Jack's instructions and wins the chess competition by winning the prize money of ₹50,000, but the chess host and his gang threaten Sushmita if Jack does not give them the prize money. Jack beats them up and they both leave. Unknown to them, Philipose was following Jack where he also recorded the fight. Filippos shows the video to Daniel and concludes that Jack is a trained fighter. When Jack and Sushmita head towards Jack's house, Hari follows them.
Jack tells Sushmita that there will be a black money transaction tomorrow in a hotel and the receiver of the money is Koyapparamban. Jack tells Sushmita that she can tell this information to anyone and try to foil Koyapparamban's plan. Sushmita, who saw Hari following them, tells Hari about this. After Hari reveals the information, Daniel learns that Jack will be there to steal the money so he and his team plan to arrest him. Following the plan, Philipose and Hari follow Jack. Daniel sees Koyapparamban transferring the money to another car which is going in the other direction. Daniel tells Philipose and Hari to follow the other car, but they continue following Jack. Daniel follows another car and Jack follows another car. Jack steals the money and runs away with it.
Jack disguises himself as a woman and steals jewelery from a shop. Sushmita develops feelings for Jack and later sees him at a soldier's funeral. Later it was revealed that Sushmita is a policeman. Daniel, who investigated Jack's history, told Sushmita that Jack is a former NSG commando. When Sushmita tells Jack that she saw him at the funeral, Jack reveals his backstory. During that time, Jack was an NSG commando who goes on a mission with his brother Gerald Mathew, but Gerald is killed where his wife commits suicide. Gerald's children are sent to boarding school. It is revealed that Jack steals the money for them. Sushmita and Jack go on a holiday to a resort. Sushmita tells Daniel where they are.
Unbeknownst to Sushmita, Jack is planning to commit a robbery at a bank which is across the street from the resort. Later Sushmita came to know about this and told Daniel. This bank is also the place where Koyapparamban and the CM plan black money transactions. Jack tells Sushmita that he knew from the beginning that she was a police officer and was just playing with her. The next day, Jack dresses up as a guard to rob a bank. Sushmita sees this and tells Daniel. Daniel and his team prepare to arrest Jack, but later go on the run. Jack kills the CCTV operator and cuts the connection to the building, where he steals a necklace and Sushmita comes into the bank and tries to arrest him, but Jack puts handcuffs on Sushmita's hand and runs away. .
Daniel arrives and pursues Jack with the help of fellow police officers including Philipose and Hari. Daniel and Jack reach the helicopter landing area of a building and fight each other. They fight evenly until Jack jumps off the building and crashes through a window, where they find Koyapparamban and the CM with the black money.
