Plot:

The story of Mardaani 3 opens with Senior Inspector Shivani Shivaji Roy now serving in a high-profile Special Task Force in Mumbai. Despite her years of service and numerous accolades, Shivani remains as grounded and fierce as ever, patrolling the streets with a watchful eye that misses nothing. The peace is shattered when a series of bizarre and high-tech kidnappings are reported across several metropolitan cities. Unlike the crimes Shivani has faced before, there are no physical trails, no witnesses, and no ransom calls. The victims are young women from diverse backgrounds, seemingly vanishing into thin air. Shivani quickly realizes that she isn't dealing with local thugs, but a highly sophisticated, invisible enemy operating from the shadows of the dark web.

As the investigation deepens, Shivani is joined by a young, tech-savvy officer, played by Janki Bodiwala, who helps decode the digital footprint left by the kidnappers. They discover that a global syndicate is using artificial intelligence and deepfake technology to lure women into elaborate traps under the guise of prestigious job offers and scholarships. The narrative takes a harrowing turn when the daughter of a close colleague becomes the next target. Shivani’s personal and professional lives collide, fueling a desperate race against time. She travels across borders, following a trail of digital breadcrumbs that lead her to an isolated, high-tech facility where the syndicate operates with absolute impunity, believing they are beyond the reach of the law.

The psychological warfare between Shivani and the primary antagonist, a cold and calculating mastermind played by Mallika Prasad, forms the core of the film. This villain represents a new breed of criminal—one who never touches their victims but destroys them through code and manipulation. Shivani must adapt her traditional investigative methods, merging her raw street instincts with modern technology to outsmart an enemy who is always three steps ahead. The film doesn't shy away from depicting the terrifying reality of cyber-trafficking and the psychological grooming that precedes the physical abduction. Shivani’s journey is one of immense physical and mental strain, as she confronts the limits of her own strength against an adversary that has no face.

The climax takes place in an intense, high-stakes operation where Shivani infiltrates the syndicate's hub. The action is visceral and grounded, reflecting the "Mardaani" style of hand-to-hand combat and tactical precision. Shivani faces off against the syndicate’s elite security forces in a sequence that tests her endurance and resolve. In a powerful final confrontation, she manages to shut down their servers and expose the network, but the victory is bittersweet as she realizes the vastness of the digital threat. The film concludes with Shivani Roy standing tall, a beacon of hope for the survivors, but with the sobering realization that the war against crime is constantly evolving. The final shot captures her resolute gaze, signaling that as long as there is injustice, Shivani Shivaji Roy will be there to hunt the predators.
