Plot:

Tobey Marshall, a skilled mechanic and street racer, finds himself framed for vehicular manslaughter by his arrogant and wealthy former business partner, Dino Brewster. After serving two years in prison, Tobey is released with a burning desire for revenge. His plan is to participate in the De Leon, a highly exclusive and dangerous underground street race organized by the mysterious Monarch. To enter, Tobey needs a rare Ford Mustang Shelby GT500, which he acquires through wealthy car broker Julia Maddon, who insists on accompanying him on the perilous journey.

As Tobey and Julia race against time across the country to reach the De Leon, they are relentlessly pursued by police and bounty hunters hired by Dino, who has put a hefty price on Tobey's head to prevent him from exposing the truth about his involvement in the fatal accident. Along the way, they face numerous challenges, including spectacular crashes, near misses, and the constant threat of capture. Tobey relies on his loyal crew, who provide support and diversions from their base. Eventually, Tobey makes it to the De Leon and confronts Dino in a final, high-stakes race where the truth is finally revealed, leading to Dino's arrest and Tobey's eventual, albeit complicated, vindication.
