Summary:

Savitri, an independent and feisty 70-year-old single mother, leads a hard life and constantly clashes with her daughter-in-law, inspiring her grandson to send her away. After a magical photo studio experience, she miraculously transforms back into her 24-year-old self. Embracing this second chance, she rechristens herself "Swathi" and lives life to the fullest, pursuing her forgotten dreams and experiencing youth anew, while also inadvertently changing the lives of her family, until a ticking clock forces her to make an impossible choice.

Detailed Plot (Movie Story):

The film introduces Savitri (Lakshmi), a 70-year-old independent and hot-headed single mother, often called "Baby." She is a strong-willed woman who runs a small canteen. She shares a complicated relationship with her daughter-in-law, Madhavi (Pragathi), often criticizing her, leading to frequent arguments. Her only source of comfort and love is her supportive son, Chanti (Rao Ramesh), and her talented grandson, Ramana (Teja Sajja), who is an aspiring singer. Madhavi, fed up with Baby's constant criticism, decides to leave the house, influencing Ramana to suggest that Baby move into an old age home. Baby is heartbroken by this betrayal.

Feeling abandoned and depressed, Baby wanders around and finds a mysterious photo studio called "Prabhu Photo Studio." Intrigued by the studio's magical reputation, she decides to get her picture taken. After the flash, she miraculously transforms into her 24-year-old self (Samantha Ruth Prabhu).

Overjoyed by this unexpected second chance at youth, she embraces her new life. She rechristens herself Swathi. She gets her ears pierced (a childhood wish), experiences the world through young eyes, and fulfills long-forgotten dreams. She moves into her long-time best friend Chinna's (Rajendra Prasad) house, who is now 70 years old himself and deeply confused by her transformation. Chinna, who secretly loved Baby in their youth, is initially flustered but becomes her confidante.

Swathi decides to help her grandson Ramana achieve his dream of becoming a professional singer. She starts managing his career, providing him with a much-needed push and support. She also tries to bond with Chanti, her son, by working in his canteen, and unknowingly, begins to bridge the gap between him and Madhavi.

During her youthful escapades, Swathi crosses paths with Vikram (Naga Shaurya), a handsome music producer who is impressed by her musical knowledge and spunky attitude. Vikram falls in love with Swathi, leading to humorous and touching romantic moments.

However, a magical transformation comes with a catch. Swathi realizes that her old age is gradually returning, and she has a limited time before she fully reverts to her 70-year-old self. She starts experiencing episodes where she temporarily transforms back into her old self, causing panic and leading her to avoid Vikram and keep her secret from her family.

The film builds towards a climactic event – Ramana's grand concert. As the time ticks down for Swathi to fully revert, she faces an emotional dilemma: does she reveal her true identity to her family and embrace her old age, or does she try to fulfill all her remaining desires as Swathi?

In the end, during Ramana's concert, Swathi is forced to make a choice. She realizes that her family's happiness and welfare are more important than her fleeting youth. She uses her remaining time to help Ramana succeed and to mend the relationships within her family. The film concludes with Swathi fully transforming back into Baby, but with a newfound peace and understanding within her family, who now appreciate her more. The film ends on a heartwarming note, emphasizing the importance of family, self-love, and living life to the fullest at any age.
