Plot:

The film opens in the desolate, snow-covered landscapes of Canada, where Dr. Kabir Malhotra, a successful Indian surgeon, is a man adrift. His wife, Sia, has been missing for three months, leaving him in a state of profound grief and isolation. The local Canadian police, led by the stern Inspector Singh, view Kabir as their primary suspect, given the lack of any other leads and Kabir's seemingly withdrawn demeanor. Kabir is consumed by guilt, haunted by Sia's memory, and plagued by the inability to find closure. He lives in a large, isolated house, a stark reminder of his lost happiness, his once-thriving medical practice now abandoned.

Into this melancholic existence steps Disha, a young Indian-origin woman living in Canada, who possesses extraordinary, yet uncontrolled, psychic abilities. Disha's gift manifests as intense visions and the ability to touch objects and perceive their past, a power that has made her an outcast, misunderstood by her own family. She is drawn to Kabir's plight after seeing a newspaper article about Sia's disappearance, feeling an inexplicable pull towards the mystery. Despite her initial apprehension, Disha approaches Kabir, offering her unique assistance. Kabir, having lost all hope and faith in conventional methods, is deeply skeptical, dismissing her claims as mere charlatanry or a desperate attempt for attention. He rebuffs her, preferring to wallow in his despair.

However, Disha is persistent. She senses a powerful connection to Sia and a deep-seated injustice. She manages to gain entry into Kabir's house, where she touches Sia's belongings – a scarf, a photograph, a piece of jewelry. Each touch triggers fragmented but vivid visions: a woman crying, a shadowy figure, a sense of overwhelming fear, a specific location. Disha relates these details to Kabir, some of which are eerily accurate and known only to him and Sia. Slowly, painstakingly, her specific insights begin to chip away at Kabir's skepticism, igniting a flicker of hope he thought was long extinguished.

As Kabir starts to trust Disha, flashbacks begin to reveal aspects of his and Sia's marriage. Their relationship, while seemingly loving on the surface, had its underlying tensions. Sia often felt neglected due to Kabir's demanding career and long hours at the hospital. There were subtle hints of a past secret from Kabir's life in India, a shadow that occasionally loomed over their present. Disha's visions become more coherent, pointing towards a specific, remote cabin in the woods, a particular model of car, and, most disturbingly, the presence of another woman intricately linked to Sia's disappearance. This new information clashes directly with the police's theory, further complicating the investigation and putting Kabir at odds with Inspector Singh, who views Disha's involvement as a distraction, or worse, a conspiracy.

The duo embarks on a perilous journey, following Disha's psychic breadcrumbs. Their search leads them to encounter Mike, a seemingly concerned friend of Sia's. Mike initially appears helpful, offering support to Kabir, but his evasive answers and suspicious behavior soon raise red flags for Disha. Her visions suggest Mike might be hiding something, or perhaps, is not as innocent as he pretends to be. The mystery deepens when Disha's visions repeatedly show another woman, Sara, a nurse who had worked with Kabir in India. Sara had been deeply infatuated with Kabir, an obsession that continued even after his marriage to Sia and their relocation to Canada. It becomes clear that Sara followed Kabir, unable to let go of her unrequited love.

The plot thickens with a series of twists and turns. Disha's visions oscillate between seeing Sia alive and seeing her dead, creating immense confusion and emotional turmoil for Kabir. The police, meanwhile, uncover more circumstantial evidence that points directly to Kabir, making him appear increasingly guilty. His erratic behavior, fueled by desperation and grief, does little to help his case. Disha herself becomes a target; strange occurrences and near-miss accidents suggest someone is actively trying to stop her from uncovering the truth. The danger escalates, forcing Kabir to protect Disha even as he grapples with the terrifying implications of her revelations.

The climax of the film unfolds at the isolated cabin in the woods, the very location Disha had repeatedly seen in her visions. By this point, Disha has pieced together the full, horrifying picture. It is revealed that Sara, consumed by her delusional love for Kabir and intense jealousy towards Sia, had orchestrated a confrontation with Sia at this secluded cabin. During a heated argument, fueled by Sara's desperation to reclaim Kabir, a struggle ensued. In a tragic accident, Sia was killed. Panicked and desperate, Sara then meticulously disposed of Sia's body and planted evidence to frame Kabir, hoping to eliminate her rival and clear the path to Kabir. Mike, it turns out, was not directly involved in Sia's death but had inadvertently stumbled upon Sara's secret or was manipulated into helping her cover up some aspects, making him an unwitting accomplice or a red herring designed to mislead.

Kabir and Disha confront Sara at the cabin. The confrontation is tense and dangerous, as Sara, cornered and unhinged, attempts to escape or even harm them. Just as the situation reaches its breaking point, Inspector Singh and his team arrive, having been alerted by Disha's frantic calls or Kabir's earlier attempts to relay the information. Sara is apprehended, and the truth is finally brought to light. Sia's body is located, and Kabir is unequivocally cleared of all suspicion, his name finally vindicated. The profound sense of injustice that had plagued him for months is finally lifted.

In the aftermath, Kabir finds a semblance of closure, though the pain of losing Sia will forever remain. Disha, having successfully used her abilities to bring a murderer to justice and provide peace to a grieving man, finds a newfound sense of purpose and acceptance of her unique gift. A deep, unspoken bond has formed between them, forged through shared trauma and the relentless pursuit of truth. The film concludes with a hint of a new beginning for both characters, each having navigated their personal darkness and emerged, perhaps not whole, but certainly with a clearer path forward.
