Summary:

Plot:

The film begins with Alice, Jill Valentine, Luther West, and other survivors on the *Arcadia* being attacked by Umbrella forces led by a mind-controlled Jill Valentine. Alice is captured and awakens in a simulation of suburbia, where she lives a seemingly normal life with a husband and a deaf daughter, Becky, before a zombie outbreak shatters the illusion. She soon realizes she's in a massive, underground Umbrella testing facility, where clones are used to simulate outbreaks in various replicated cities like New York, Moscow, and Tokyo.

Alice is contacted by Albert Wesker, who reveals he's now working against Umbrella and sends Ada Wong to help her escape. Ada informs Alice that a rescue team, including Leon S. Kennedy, Barry Burton, and Luther West, is inbound. As Alice and Ada navigate the treacherous facility, battling various T-virus mutations, Lickers, and clones of previous foes like Rain Ocampo and James "One" Shade, they encounter Becky, a clone of Alice's simulated daughter, whom Alice takes under her protection.

The group eventually converges, fighting their way through the facility's defenses, which include a mind-controlled Jill Valentine and a ruthless clone of Rain Ocampo. Alice confronts Jill, eventually freeing her from Umbrella's control by removing the scarab device. They escape the facility, only to find themselves on the ice-covered surface, where Wesker is waiting. He injects Alice with the T-virus, restoring her superhuman abilities, and reveals that the last remnants of humanity are gathered in Washington D.C., preparing for a final stand against the Umbrella Corporation, which has unleashed the T-virus globally, bringing the world to the brink of extinction.
