Sikandar (Mithun Chakraborty) is a dedicated union leader at Chawla's (Mohan Joshi) factory, a place rife with corruption. Chawla, a powerful and unscrupulous lawyer, exploits his workers and engages in illegal activities. Sikandar, a man of integrity, becomes a thorn in Chawla's side when he fights for the workers' rights. Chawla, determined to silence Sikandar, frames him for a crime he didn't commit, leading to Sikandar's imprisonment.
While Sikandar is incarcerated, Chawla continues his reign of terror, further oppressing the workers. Upon his release, Sikandar vows to seek revenge and expose Chawla's criminal empire. He gathers support from the very people Chawla has wronged, including Ram (Samrat Mukherjee) and Balram (Manek Bedi), two friends whose lives are deeply affected by Chawla's actions.
Balram’s mother (Aruna Irani) holds a secret past connected to Chawla, adding another layer of personal vendetta to the conflict. Ram is a young man trying to make a living, and becomes entangled in the fight when he sees the injustice around him. Sikandar navigates through dangerous situations, facing Chawla's goons and overcoming numerous obstacles.
The film interweaves action sequences, dramatic confrontations, and emotional moments. Comedy is provided by characters played by Shakti Kapoor and Kader Khan, offering moments of levity amidst the intense drama. Musical numbers punctuate the narrative, highlighting the emotional core of the story.
Sikandar, with the help of Ram and Balram, systematically dismantles Chawla’s criminal network. He exposes Chawla's illegal dealings and brings his corrupt practices to light. In a final showdown, Sikandar confronts Chawla, leading to a climactic battle where justice prevails. Chawla is brought down, and Sikandar restores peace and justice to the factory and its workers.
