Plot:

Following the events in Moscow, Jason Bourne is still haunted by his past and driven to uncover the truth about his origins. He makes contact with a British journalist, Simon Ross, who is investigating Treadstone and a new CIA black ops program, Blackbriar. This contact immediately draws the attention of CIA Deputy Director Noah Vosen, who initiates a full-scale operation to neutralize Bourne and any potential leaks.

Bourne navigates through London, Madrid, Tangier, and New York, expertly evading capture while systematically dismantling Vosen's network. He reunites with Nicky Parsons, who helps him piece together crucial information, and confronts Desh, a Blackbriar assassin. His journey culminates in New York City, where he confronts Dr. Albert Hirsch, the psychiatrist responsible for his behavioral modification, and finally Vosen himself, uncovering the full scope of Blackbriar and the circumstances surrounding his recruitment into Treadstone. In a final act, Bourne jumps from a building into the East River, appearing to die, but later resurfacing, having achieved a measure of peace.
