Summary:

Plot:

John and his wife, Rosie, live a quiet life in a remote part of Mississippi. Their only significant interaction is with their odd, reclusive neighbor, Troy. One night, after Rosie leaves town, John hears screams coming from Troy's house. Suspicious, John breaks into Troy's home and discovers a hidden soundproofed basement where a young woman named Millie is being held captive. He learns that Millie is Troy's cousin and has been imprisoned for years.

John attempts to free Millie, but his efforts are complicated by Troy's family, including his sons Neil and Bobby, who are equally complicit and violent. A brutal struggle ensues as John tries to evade and fight off the family members, all while attempting to get Millie to safety. The situation escalates into a terrifying ordeal of chases and confrontations through the rural landscape, revealing the family's history of kidnapping and tormenting young women.
