Plot:

The film opens with Officer Daniel Carter on patrol in a quiet, rural area when he discovers a bloodied, disoriented man crawling out of the woods. Daniel, a man haunted by a recent personal tragedy involving his pregnant wife, Allison, and a fatal car accident, reluctantly brings the man, who remains unnamed, to the dilapidated local hospital. The hospital is sparsely staffed, with only Dr. Richard Powell, nurse Kim, and orderly Ben on duty. Also present are Maggie, a pregnant patient, and Beverly, a young woman caring for her ailing grandfather, Ben. The tension is palpable, exacerbated by Daniel’s strained relationship with Allison, who works at the hospital and is still reeling from their shared loss.

Soon after their arrival, the hospital is encircled by a silent, cloaked cult, their faces hidden behind white masks adorned with a black triangular symbol.
