Summary:

Gopala Krishna (GK), a successful and powerful construction magnate, hires Anuradha as his personal secretary. Despite his strict and seemingly arrogant demeanor, Anuradha falls in love with him. However, GK rejects her proposal, revealing a deep emotional wound from his past. The story then unravels GK's complex reasons for avoiding love, his hidden charitable work, his rivalry with a powerful land encroacher, and the eventual understanding and reunion with Anuradha as she uncovers the truth about his past and his secret philanthropic endeavors.

Detailed Plot (Movie Story):

The film introduces Gopala Krishna, alias GK (Nagarjuna Akkineni), a highly successful and influential owner of GK Constructions. He is known for his sharp business acumen, his ability to handle challenging situations, and his somewhat intimidating and tough persona, especially with his staff.

GK is in search of a personal secretary, interviewing many MBA graduates but finding none suitable. By chance, he encounters Anuradha, alias Anu (Nayanthara), an independent and self-righteous young woman. Impressed by her attitude and straightforwardness, GK hires her as his secretary.

Anuradha proves to be an efficient and dedicated employee. Despite GK's demanding nature, she performs her duties exceptionally well. Over time, she observes his underlying care for his staff and glimpses of his compassionate side. During a business trip to Malaysia, they grow closer, and Anuradha gradually falls in love with him.

When Anuradha attempts to express her feelings, GK abruptly rejects her, even humiliating her over a work-related issue. Heartbroken and confused, Anuradha decides to resign, although she agrees to serve a one-month notice period.

Meanwhile, GK hires Shruti (Poonam Bajwa) as her replacement. Unknown to GK, Shruti has been planted in his office by S.R.K. (Sayaji Shinde), a ruthless real estate contractor and GK's business rival, who uses muscle power to encroach on land.

The film then delves into GK's past and the reasons for his emotional detachment and reluctance to engage in love:

It is revealed that GK was deeply in love with Sanjana G. Khanna (Shriya Saran), his first wife. She was tragically killed in an accident, which left GK emotionally scarred. He has been unable to move on from her death. This trauma also fuels his secret philanthropic activities: he uses the profits from his business, including money he appears to receive from dubious sources, to run a large orphanage and support other charitable causes. He believes that by helping others, he can honor Sanjana's memory.

Back in the present, Anuradha begins to uncover the truth about GK's past and his secret life. She realizes that his tough exterior hides a compassionate heart and that his rejection stemmed from his unresolved grief for Sanjana. She also learns about his rivalry with S.R.K. and the various threats he faces.

The film builds towards a confrontation where S.R.K. tries to sabotage GK's business and potentially harm him. Shruti's role as a mole is exposed. Anuradha, now understanding GK's true character, supports him.

The climax involves GK confronting S.R.K. and his henchmen. He showcases his ability to handle goons and protect his interests and his charitable endeavors.
